That’s why the district turned to Partners Technology to replace its failing POTS phone system with a new, technologically advanced VoIP unified communications platform from Mitel. Based in the Town of Walpole, MA, the School Business Administration department serves 9 locations, which consists of approximately 3,650 students in grades Pre-K through 12 and, 600 staff.
Keeping everyone in touch was becoming increasingly difficult due to failing copper lines and hardware in our old analog phone system. Phone service was unreliable and vendor support was hard to come by and extremely expensive.
