HX Controller Discontinued
Mitel has made the decision to discontinue the MiVoice Office 250 solution (formerly known as the Mitel 5000) in the US. We recognize this platform has significant history and importance for our customers and our team of experts can help you prepare for the future.
AFFECTED PRODUCTS
All MiVoice Office 250 related products shown below will be affected but the dates vary in terms of when products will cease to be available for purchase. Add-on sales, whether for the MiVoice Office Applications Suite, extra line cards, digital system phones and software licenses, will continue for an extended period.
As a Mitel Gold Partner, Partners Technology offers the best support for your Mitel equipment and software, and we are best equipped to help you plan for the upcoming changes.
YOUR OPTIONS
Partners Technology will continue to support the HX controller. When and if the time is right, we can always replace the HX controller with a SMB controller to allow you to continue to use your existing phones. Alternately, we can always discuss the benefits of moving to the cloud.
